Legal · last updated October 2026What our VAT information covers, and what remains the decision of the FTA and ZATCA.
Information on this website about UAE and Saudi VAT is general guidance for marketplace sellers. It is not tax or legal advice for your specific situation.
VAT registration applications are assessed and approved by the UAE Federal Tax Authority (FTA) or the Saudi Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA). Kashif eVentures prepares and submits applications on your behalf; approval decisions, timelines and any additional requirements rest with the authority.
Once registered, you are responsible for charging VAT correctly, keeping records and filing returns on time, even when we prepare them for you. Late filing and late payment can lead to penalties.
Tax rules, thresholds and marketplace requirements change. We confirm current requirements during your document check.
