Kashif eVentures provides marketplace services for Amazon and noon in the UAE and Saudi Arabia, including VAT registration support, seller account setup, listings, advertising and account management. The exact scope, fees and timeline for each client are set out in a written proposal or scope of work.
Setup fees are fixed and quoted after a document check. Monthly management fees are charged in advance, per country, excluding applicable taxes. Marketplace fees, VAT, advertising budgets, stock, freight and third-party costs are paid by the client directly.
Plans run for the initial period stated in the proposal, then month to month. Either party may end a monthly plan with 30 days' written notice. Fees already paid for work started are not refundable.
Provide accurate company, identity and product information; hold the rights to sell the products and brands listed; supply required certificates (for example SASO / SABER, safety data sheets, cosmetics registrations); approve stock orders, ad budgets and major price changes in time.
All seller accounts, VAT registrations, brands, listings and data remain the property of the client and are registered in the client's name.
Sales, rankings, ROI and approval decisions by tax authorities or marketplaces are outside our control. Forecasts and targets are estimates, not guarantees.
Our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the management fees paid to us in that period, except where the law does not allow such a limit.
Kashif eVentures is an independent agency and is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, noon, Amazon, Namshi or Carrefour.
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
