Can a Chinese company sell on Noon without a UAE licence?
Yes. Noon Global Shipping lets Chinese sellers drop parcels at a Shenzhen hub without a UAE or KSA trade licence or VAT. For bulk stock held in the Gulf you use the international seller route with UAE or Saudi VAT, which we register.
Which is better for Chinese sellers: Noon Global Shipping or bulk stock in the Gulf?
Global Shipping is simple for light, low-value items. Bulk stock in FBN or FBA delivers in 1–2 days, which ranks and converts better, and suits heavier products. Many sellers test with one, then move best sellers to bulk stock.
Do Chinese electronics need certificates for Saudi Arabia?
Yes. Most electronics need SASO certification through SABER for Saudi Arabia, and many need ECAS / EQM conformity in the UAE. We check each product before shipping.
How are Chinese sellers paid?
Through Lian Lian or Payoneer, so you don't need a Gulf bank account.
How much does it cost?
UAE VAT registration is USD 250 and Saudi VAT USD 300, one-time. Account management starts at USD 200 a month per country for up to 10 products. Advertising, marketplace and shipping fees are paid directly by you. See the pricing page for every package.
